A light and refreshing cocktail perfect for any occasion

Ingredients

40 ml Cointreau

10 ml Fresh lime juice

50 ml Pear nectar

Top with sparkling water

Method

Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice, add Cointreau, fresh lime juice and autumn pear juice

Top off with sparkling water and stir briefly

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange peel to add the magical scent of Christmas.
