An easy recipe to follow for delicious pancakes
Mix all together in a bowl untill smooth and batter consistancy.
Heat frying pan with 2 table spoons of oil on a medium heat, and with a large serving spoon, place one spoons worth of batter onto the frying pan.
Once you can see small bubbles forming through the batter (after about 1.5 minutes), flip the pancake with a fish slice and repeat the same on this side.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice and sprinkle caster sugar onto the pancake
Drizzle with toffee sauce and serve with a dollop of vanilla icecream
