Although curries are commonly known as ‘Indian food’ a sizable portion of the restaurants are run by Bangladeshi or Pakistani families and many of dishes you see on the menu are western adaptations of recipes originating from the north of the subcontinent. Yorkshire loves curry and here are some of our favourites
