There are few finer sights on a Christmas dinner table than a beautifully cooked ham adorned with cloves and a golden glaze.

Plum pudding is the perfect end to a Christmas dinner, this Christmas Pudding recipe contains a mixture of dried fruit, carrots, mixed spice and black treacle.
