Yorkshire Life woodland photography competition

Yorkshire Life woodland photography competition

Yorkshire Life in partnership with Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate and the National Trust, invites readers to enter an exclusive Woodland Photography Competition in support of Yorkshire woodlands and woodland wildlife.

Enter the competition and not only help to highlight the importance of protecting the countryside but also have the chance of winning some special prizes.

There is a bumper prize of a £105 voucher for a one-to-one workshop with widely published landscape photographer John Potter or to buy a signed print; vouchers worth £70 for a celebration meal at one of Bettys Café Tea Rooms plus a Bettys’ gift bag and a £50 voucher to spend at a National Trust gift shop.

There are just two rules: all pictures are taken by amateur photographers and the photographs are of woodlands or woodland wildlife in Yorkshire. Our judges include York-based landscape photographer John Potter, Samantha Gibson from Bettys and Taylors and Esther Leach, editor of Yorkshire Life. The closing date is August 31st.

To enter upload your pictures, clearly captioned, by going to yorkshirelife.co.uk/photos.

You will be asked to register which is free and also allows you to comment on articles and photographs on the site and to take advantage of special offers. Remember to upload your image in the ‘Competition Entry’ the category.
