Let’s be honest, Yorkshire puddings are not just for Sunday roasts and they are no longer an accompaniment, in many cases they are the main event of the meal.

Our love affair with the Yorkshire pud has inspired chefs across the county to push the boundaries as to what this wonderful risen foodstuff can achieve.
