MasterChef 2012 finalist and Yorkshire food champion, Tom Rennolds, is our special guest at the Yorkshire Life Food & Drink Awards in Harrogate this year. He said: Im looking forward to the Yorkshire Life Food & Drink Awards in September which gives me the chance to meet some of Yorkshires best in the food and hospitality industry and to add my support to the awards which does so much to champion Yorkshire food.
At the moment he and friend Jonny Ross, an events organiser from Addingham, West Yorkshire, have taken to the road in a borrowed VW camper van, accompanied by a film crew so everyone can follow their Best of Yorkshire Tasting Tour on YouTube.
They called in at award-winning Keelham Farm Shop, in West Yorkshire as part of their quest to track down the countys finest food and drink products. Keelham organised a best-of -Yorkshire food table, featuring treats from some of the shops Yorkshire producers and farmers.
