Crackerjack Magic Rub Dust

Try this on pork ribs, pulled pork, pork steaks and even on chips
150g salt, finely ground
2 tbsp mustard powder
60g chili powder
100g ground cumin
2 tbsp ground black pepper
100g granulated garlic
1 tbsp cayenne
:: Mix all ingredients thoroughly and store in a tightly covered container.
:: To make it a little more hot and spicy, increase the mustard powder and black pepper.
