Sprouts with pancetta and chestnuts recipe

You either love or hate them, but this recipe should turn all the haters
50g cooked, peeled and halved chestnuts
1: Peel and halve the sprouts and cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
2: Cut the pancetta into lardons and fry in a tiny amount of oil, as the fat will come out of the pancetta naturally. Fry until crispy.
3: Add the sprouts to the pan with the chestnuts. Fry for one minute.
4: Garnish with sage and serve.
