There has never been a more exciting time in the development of home entertainment than now. More often than not people will turn to the celebrated expertise of Bang & Olufsen, the Danish company world renowned for its distinctive range of quality televisions, music systems and high-performance loudspeakers.

Bang & Olufsen products are sold mainly by an extensive, independent retail network across more than 100 countries. The majority of these retailers are concept stores, which exclusively sell Bang & Olufsen products. One such store is Bang & Olufsen in Oakwood, Leeds.

There, retail director Graham Broomfield, who has more than 25 years of Bang & Olufsen experience, has created an environment that allows everyone to explore and experiment with sound and vision as if they were in their own home. The store in Roundhay Road is divided into contemporary designed areas representing different rooms including a fully working bathroom (complete with shower and splash-proof television), kitchen, lounge and office allowing customers to see just how Bang & Olufsen products fit into and enhance their family lifestyles.

Graham said they are spreading the word that Bang & Olufsen are back in Leeds. ‘We’ve been open for a year and are delighted to see our existing customers return to see us for advice, service, support and to look at our current range of products in a home environment,’ said Graham.

‘We are very passionate not only about our products but our customer service. We provide the very best advice and support throughout from helping customers make the right choice for their needs to installation (all systems are installed by our in-house, Bang & Oulfsen trained technicians) – we will do what we say we will do, that is our mantra.’

And although Bang & Oulfsen are famed for their high end innovation and award-winning designs, the price range is broad with the promise of expert customer advice and support behind every choice from a set of headphones to the most extensive sound and vision system.

Bang & Olufsen products are well known for their longevity, often passed down from parents to children, they are considered heirlooms, said Graham but, he added, there is still a high degree of compatibility with today’s latest home entertainment developments.

Step inside the showroom for a Bang & Oulfsen sound and vision experience, a warm welcome from knowledgeable staff and enjoy the latest in some of the world’s leading technology in home entertainment. w
