Simon Blyth Estate Agents have won this year’s Yorkshire Residential Property Awards taking the title of Best Large Agency.
The judging panel, made up of 11 property professionals from across Yorkshire with a wealth of expertise in the residential sector, made the award to Simon Blyth for demonstrating outstanding sales record supported by unrivalled service and market reach.
The judges were looking for proven market knowledge, innovation and customer service. They said the family agency has established itself as a market leader thanks to good old fashioned service combined with the use of the latest technology and marketing.
Simon Blyth Estate Agents cover Barnsley, Huddersfield, Halifax, Kirkburton, Holmfirth, Penistone, Sheffield and Wakefield. Their managing director Gina Powell said: ‘We are absolutely thrilled to receive this award and be recognised by the judges for customer service and market knowledge.
‘Our staff often go beyond what is required to ensure sales are secured and stay on track and we are so grateful that this has been recognised with this prestigious industry award.
‘We are just about to launch a new website and over the past six months our social media campaigns have had increasing success. Whilst most agents have moved fully online, we continue to regularly advertise in local and regional publications and the personal service available from our staff seven days a week which is favoured by our clients, old and new.’
The Yorkshire Residential Property Awards were held at Bowcliffe Hall, Leeds and supported by Variety, the children’s charity. The event was attended by 600 professionals from across the Yorkshire residential property sector.
Next for Simon Blyth Estate Agents is the Negotiator Awards, held at Grosvenor House Hotel, London for which they are shortlisted for Best Agency in Yorkshire & Humber.
