There are plenty of great walks in the area, not the least the 79 mile Yorkshire Wolds Way that runs from Hessle to Filey.
You can witness whole range of landscapes in the Yorkshire Wolds, from the high point of Garrowby Hill, just outside Bishop Wilton that will give fine views for miles; to the iconic cliffs of Flamborough and Bempton.
There are also many pretty villages and market towns such as Bishop Burton, Pocklington and Market Weighton, the largest town in the Wolds is Driffield, the location of the famous annual agricultural show.
