York & Tadcaster based Wishart Estate Agents have entered The ESTAS 2018, the largest award scheme of its kind the UK residential property sector.

The scheme recognises the best agents for customer service, voted for only by clients who have actually sold and purchased homes through that estate agency. This unique approach to voting provides 100% genuine and honest feedback, helping those who are searching for an estate agent to cut thorough the competition when selecting the best agent to sell their home.

The ESTAS Awards take place every spring at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, where the country’s favourite property expert Phil Spencer announces the winners in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.

Phil Spencer says: “I think it says a great deal about a firm who takes part in The ESTAS. They care about their reputation, they care about their customers and they care about their business. Taking part sets companies apart from their competitors. It sends a clear message that they are passionate about customer service, prepared to go that extra mile for their clients and keen to listen to feedback”.

Lucie Wishart, Director at Wishart Estate Agents: “We take our levels of customer service very seriously. We have always been very proud of the personal service we provide and this is a great way to demonstrate just how committed we are to all of our clients and purchasers. We genuinely care about every person we deal with. We won GOLD at The ESTAS in 2013, our first year of trading. Five years on we hope to demonstrate that Wishart Estate Agents continue to provide the best customer service in the Yorkshire region. Entering the ESTAS 2018 is also a superb way for us to celebrate a very special year to us, our 5th Birthday’.’

They pride themselves on their genuinely passionate and enthusiastic attitude for selling property.

The team consists of Lucie Wishart, Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), and her mother Christine Wishart, also a member, alongside Lucy Burrows and Paige Martin, both currently studying for membership.
