Two-legged fundraisers did their bit for their four-legged friends at the Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre Charity Ball at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel, Leeds. The Trust, founded in 1891 as the National Canine Defence League, has always campaigned on dog welfare issues and sought to make life better for both pets and their owners. It finds homes for more than 10,000 dogs a year and has more than 500 staff at its head office, 17 rehoming centres and out in the field.
