We are really looking forward to hosting such a high profile event as it meets many of our objectives going forward such as bringing sport to the community, attracting tourism and the subsequent upside within the local economy that this brings with it.

Gary Verity, Chief Executive of Welcome to Yorkshire

"It is brilliant news that Welcome to Yorkshire has recognised what a great sport we have and Im really looking forward to being able to compete on my doorstep in front of a home crowd in this exciting new event. We desperately needed more international shows within our country and I couldnt be happier that a new one has been introduced within Yorkshire, a county that Im extremely passionate about.
